1. Who we are

openbis.tech is operated by BI Partner AB, a company registered in Sweden. "We", "us", and "openbis.tech" refer to BI Partner AB. "You" refers to the organisation or individual using the service.

2. The service

openbis.tech is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing branded per-tenant portals, a governed data warehouse, governed AI agents, and related capabilities, as described on our product and pricing pages. We may add, change, or remove features over time; we will not materially reduce a paid plan's core capabilities during a billing period without notice.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not share credentials, attempt to bypass tenant isolation, or access data belonging to other tenants. Access is governed by the roles and permission scopes assigned within your tenant.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for your transaction, issues your invoice, and collects and remits applicable VAT. Prices shown on the pricing page exclude VAT; the VAT-inclusive total is calculated at checkout for your jurisdiction. Plan changes take effect as described at the time of change. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use openbis.tech to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, attempt to compromise the platform or its isolation guarantees, or resell access in a way not permitted by your plan. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the platform or other customers.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the platform. We process it to provide the service, under our Privacy Policy. Tenant data is isolated at the row level; we do not use one tenant's data to serve another.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in the final executed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish or EU law.
